Katara Cultural Village is hosting an array of activities during Eid from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, including a musical show presented by the Police Training Institute, a children’s play “The Cake Vendor”, a cartoon character’s show, gifts for guests, and spectacular fireworks. Visitors at Katara can enjoy the fireworks show from 10:00 pm during all the four days of Eid-al-Fitr.
Souq Waqif and Souq Al-Wakrah Eid festival are featuring cultural performances, musical acts, and family shows during five days of Eid-al-Fitr.
Entertainment City at DECC
The SiQ centerpiece and family favorite returns this year. Occupying 29,000 m2 of indoor space at the DECC, it features exciting rides, skill games, video games, live entertainment shows, food court and pop-up shops from the first day of Eid until July 13.
Special shows for kids to be staged at QNCC: ‘Smurfs’ on July 18-20 and ‘Hello Kitty’ on July 25-27, Blue Man on August 14-17.
Mall Entertainment – free for all visitors
There is also special entertainment shows and roaming activities taking place across all the partner malls including Balloon Stilt Walker, Meet & Greet with characters from movies premiering this summer: Toy Story 4, Spider-Man- Far From Home, Angry Birds 2, Captain Marvel, Hulk, Tom & Jerry, Titan the Robot, Ant-Man, Black Panther, and Ugly Dolls.
Jeem TV & Baraem TV will also be doing live shows in various malls.
