He first gained international fame for serving as mayor of New York City from 1994 until 2001. He has been a Republican since the 1980s and also served as the U.S. associate attorney general from 1981 until 1983, under President Ronald Reagan.
Rudolph Giuliani was born in Brooklyn, New York in May of 1944. He attended Manhattan college where he studied political science and philosophy. Rudy and Donna filed for divorce in 2000 and had a very public battle which included Giuliani’s infidelities with future wife Judith Nathan, who was banned from meeting his children until the divorce was final. He and Nathan were married in 2010 after his battle with prostate cancer. They separated in September 2018.
