Manage Your Netflix Plan Click the Profile button in the upper-right corner and select your primary profile. You’ll need to be logged in with your primary Netflix profile to make changes to the plan. Find the “Plan Details” section. This will display the plan that you currently have for Netflix.
To change your Netflix plan:
- Sign in to Netflix.com and visit your Account page.

- Select Confirm Change or Confirm
You can see your plan and price at Netflix.com/YourAccount by selecting Billing details from the Billing & Membership section.
To change your plan, visit Netflix.com/YourAccount and select Change Plan from the Plan Details section.
Sign in to the Netflix website and visit your Account to update your Netflix payment information. Some payment options will direct you to their website to complete the update process. See How can I pay for Netflix? above for accepted payment options.NOTE: If you are being billed through a billing partner and not directly through Netflix, please visit the third party’s website to update your payment information.
To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your account and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed on.
If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, the cancellation will not fully complete until the end of that billing cycle, and you will be unable to restart your account until after that time. If your account is on a hold, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you can restart your account at any time.
If you would like to see your billing history, click on Billing Details from your Account page. You can also select individual dates to see and print that month’s invoice.
